Right of Withdrawal Notice for Consumers

1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which
- you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods (in the case of a contract for a single item of goods);
- you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last item of goods (in the case of a contract for several items of goods ordered by you as part of a single order and delivered separately);
- you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last item (in the case of a contract for the delivery of goods in several partial shipments or items).
In the case of a contract for the provision of services or the supply of digital content not delivered on a tangible medium, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://www.okmdetectors.com/de/pages/cancel-contract. If you use this option, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal without delay on a durable medium (e.g. by email), including information on the content of the withdrawal statement and the date and time it was received.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
2. Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
If you requested that the services should begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided up to the time at which you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal in respect of this contract, compared with the total scope of services provided for under the contract.
3. Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
Furthermore, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software where the seal has been broken after delivery.
Your right of withdrawal also expires in the case of a contract for the provision of services if we have fully performed the service and have begun to perform it only after you gave your express consent and, at the same time, confirmed your knowledge that you would lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract by us.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the supply of digital content not delivered on a tangible medium if we have begun to perform the contract after you have expressly agreed that we may begin performance of the contract before the withdrawal period has expired, you have confirmed your knowledge that by giving your consent you lose your right of withdrawal upon commencement of performance of the contract, and we have provided you with a confirmation of the contract.
