Our customers' wishes from the previous year highlighted three major focus areas: more knowledge, more training, and a stronger presence worldwide. In 2025, we are committed to fulfilling the evolving wishes of our customers. Based on your valuable feedback, we will focus on three key areas: expanding our dealer network, exploring new RoadShow locations, and improving the customer experience by creating more detailed tutorials to make our detectors easier to use and demonstrate their performance in the field.

In response to your requests, we are expanding our dealer network to provide more local access to OKM products and services. In 2025, we aim to partner with new, trusted dealers globally, ensuring that more customers can easily purchase, learn about, and receive support for their OKM detectors closer to your home. This will provide quicker access to products, faster delivery times, and enhanced customer service at a local level.

In 2025, we'll be sharing more detailed tutorials on our social media channels. From device setup, scan configuration, and the scanning process to results analysis, we'll guide you every step of the process. With the help of our long-time OKM expert Frank, we'll also be sharing more field test demonstrations to give you a closer look at how OKM detectors perform in the field.
